BS Hair Shop is nothing short of phenomenal! RJ has truly earned the spot in my book as my stylist for life! How did I become a lifer? My journey started shortly after my 31st birthday when I developed a sort of super early midlife crisis funk and I was looking for a bit of a change to liven things up so I scheduled a consultation appointment with RJ after being referred there by a coworker. I am a medical practitioner and since I always should have my hair up and out of my face, I found myself always turning to the easy slicked back ugly bun. My consultation not only addressed my jumping into unknown territory of adding color to my virgin hair but also teaching me easy DIY updos other than my ugly slicked back bun. After all was said and done, my hair color and cut was beautiful! And...technically done correctly because this brother and sister team and both experienced and knowledgeable colorists that color while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair! Hair stylists make me nervous the same way nail techs and dentists do. My boss referred me to this salon. I met with “Sister” RJ for a consult. She was very passionate about my decision and what I wanted (hair was long, past bra length and I wanted a very short cut). I was a bit stand off-ish, like I said I get nervous. Rosemary is a dream!! I absolutely love my haircut and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure.
