If you have been to @bshairshop at least once then you may have heard us use the phrase "drink our koolaid"… that means that you the client believes in how we run our business… The belief that the integrity and health of your hair comes first and that sometimes what YOU the client wants we cannot give you in one sitting or maybe ever (and you know how you guys love hearing NO) we KNOW we are not everyone's cup of tea but our integrity and loyalty to your hair keeps us honest and working hard to be proud of the work that walks out of our salon… Money in business is great BUT reputation is EVERYTHING!
